RAF
Repair, Reload and Perform High Quality BCAA’s & L-Glutamine
Developed by our nutritional scientists in accordance with the most recent research into post-workout health supplements and is bio-engineered to assist you in boosting recovery as well as boosting your “anabolic drive”.
RAF stands for “Recovery Anabolic Formula”, and is a BCAA-L-Glutamine Vitamin B6 Product.
RAF guarantees you that, after every sports activity (power and persistence) the best regeneration and recovery.
With a vitalising effect, the anticatabolic and anabolic effect, accompanied by muscle building or muscle maintenance, and taken at the correct times, will strengthen the immune system, increase the release of growth hormones, increasing cell volume , and finally, reducing Cortisol.
But all this has to happen in the correct order:
- BCAA is metabolised directly in the muscle system, unlike other amino acids, which metabolise in the liver. They are considered as the building blocks for the two – quantity wise – most frequently appearing Amino Acids in the skeleton muscles: Glutamine and Alamine, which break down strongly during weight training or stress situations. When Glutamine and Alanin values decrease dramatically, the muscle system will go into a catabolic metabolic situation (reducing muscles) – which is the reverse of what the sportsman/athlete wants to achieve. So, here BCAA is used for the muscle system and is an optimum addition after training.
- L-Glutamine: For those who workout, there is a higher need for Glutamine. This applies both, for power training as well as for persistence or game sports activities. Glutamine serves as a provider of Nitrogen for the muscle system and it stimulates the regeneration after hard training. By taking Glutamine, the secretion of growth hormones increases, and consequently, it converts – supposedly – into even positive effects on your capacity of sporting performance.
- Vitamin B6: this should be contained in very good BCAA / Glutamine Products. B6 is responsible for the metabolism of proteins and the synthesis of proteins, besides of being an anti oxidant.
Taking RAF after training leads to a higher release of Insulin, and consequently have an anabolic effect (muscle building). The recommended dose should be 10 g, directly after the workout.
1½ servings/spoons of RAF should be considered perfectly sufficient. And during any diet phase, RAF use should be distributed over the day, is a suitable “move” in order to decrease the breakdown of endogenous substances.
